Deadpool (2016) Review

We’ve been waiting for this movie for a long time, and it’s safe to say that it did not disappoint. After the horrible rendition of the Merc in Wolverine Origins, I’m pretty sure we all lost faith in a Deadpool movie. Green Lantern didn’t help either. When the test footage and endless amounts of trailers started to surface, it helped regain the trust all audiences.

Spectre (2015) Review

Picking up after the events of Skyfall, James Bond (Daniel Craig) finds himself in Mexico City stopping a terrorist attack. In the process, about half a city block is destroyed, but a lead on an organization is found. Bond discovers a ring on his target with an engraved octopus. Due to this event, MI6 is forced to ground him and propose a worldwide surveillance program. The program is headed by the new C (Andrew Scott). He plans to scrap the 00 program in placement of intelligence across 9 countries, called the “Nine Eyes.” Eventually, Bond finds out that the attack was linked to an organization, Spectre, and is now tasked with taking them down.

Sometime after “Avengers: Age of Ultron”, we find Scott Lang, a master robber, serving his last day in San Quentin State Prison. After struggling with a shady past to make a fresh start, Scott is thrown back into a life of crime, when a super suit and shrinking technology crosses his path. Let’s find out what happens, when a new hero approaches, in “Ant-Man.”
