After a recent fallout between Sony and Marvel, regarding the web slinger, good news was released earlier today. The two companies ended up brokering a new deal, letting Marvel receive about 25% profits, as opposed to the previous agreement of 5%. Marvel head, Kevin Feige, will return to help produce the third entry of Spider-Man: Homecoming, starring Tom Holland. The yet-to-be titled film has been slated for release on July 16, 2021. Furthermore, the agreement so far will allow Holland’s Spider-Man to appear in one future Marvel Studios film.
